Welcome to Smoke & Boil, Baton Rouge's premier pop-up catering company!

Since 2016, we’ve been bringing the vibrant flavors of Louisiana to events across the region, delivering authentic Southern cuisine with a creative twist. In 2024, we were honored with a nomination for "Best of 225 Boiled Crawfish," a testament to the passion and dedication we bring to every dish.

At Smoke & Boil, we specialize in perfectly seasoned boiled crawfish and take a unique approach to Southern classics. Our menu features inventive creations like smoked collard greens queso, red curry andouille sausage gravy and biscuits, crab rangoon grilled cheese, shrimp étouffée with chili-lemon orzo, and much more.

Our commitment to quality and innovation has earned us partnerships with some of the area's most beloved breweries and venues, including Southern Craft Brewery, Tinroof Brewery, Pelican to Mars, Cypress Coast Brewing, Rally Cap Brewing, Gnarly Barley, Parish Brewing, Sugarfield Distillery, Duvic's, Agile Brewing, and many more.

As a mobile catering service, we bring our kitchen to you—cooking fresh, hot, and delicious meals right on-site. Whether you're hosting a backyard gathering, a corporate event, or a celebratory occasion, our team works closely with you to tailor the menu and create an unforgettable dining experience.
